At this time, the primary item offered through this store is the Early Backer Reservation. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Early Backer Reservation

At this time, the primary offer available through this store is the Early Backer Reservation.

The Early Backer Reservation is a refundable reservation intended to provide early access and promotional pricing eligibility for a future BaseKase product launch. It is not the final purchase of a physical product.

Submitting a reservation does not guarantee product availability, delivery date, production completion, or future product release.

The Early Backer Reservation is limited to one per customer, household, and address. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate, related, or suspicious orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, limit, or discontinue the reservation program at any time.

Refunds for Early Backer Reservation

The $1 Early Backer Reservation is fully refundable.

If you would like a refund for your reservation, please contact us at preston@basekase.com and include the email address used when placing the order. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Because banks and payment providers process refunds on their own timelines, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered for sale in the future, this policy may be updated to include return eligibility, return windows, product condition requirements, refund timing, and any exclusions that apply to those purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
